Delete my account
You can delete your Rutavel account and associated data at any time.
The quickest way: from the app
Go to Settings → My account and request deletion directly. The account is deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request.
Can't access the app?
Use the form and we will process the deletion manually as soon as we verify your identity with the account email, with the same 30-day grace period.
When you delete your account, trips of which you are the sole owner are deleted; if other members remain in a shared trip, ownership passes to another Editor.
After the 30 days, your personal data is deleted or anonymised. Billing and subscription records (a legal obligation), comments and votes on shared trips, and booking documents, which belong to the trip, are kept, no longer linked to you.
